今回は家族旅行で、北海道に来ました。札幌の夕食で
『味の羊ヶ丘』に行きました。
こちらは、すすきのにあるジンギスカン専門店で、生ラムを使用しているので
臭み がなく非常にやわらかく、低カロリーでジュシーなジンギスカンです。
おすすめは、ラムモモ肉とラム肩ロースで、クセがなく柔らかいお肉で
絶対にたべてほしい逸品です。
予約不可なので行列必須で、今回は、30分程待ちましたが
早めに行くことをお勧めします。
